Irrigation Water Schedule

Just a friendly reminder from our board that odd numbered houses are to water on odd number calendar days and even numbered houses water on even calendar days.  

Example:
House Number - 4881 Street Name (4881 Odd number house)
Calendar day - July 3rd, 20XX (3rd is an odd calendar day)
Homeowner is permitted to irrigate.
All EVEN numbered homes are NOT permitted to irrigate.

Irrigation water demand is at its highest during the early morning hours.  If too many homes water at the same time, we will experience low water pressure.  Recommend, considering afternoon/daytime watering cycle.

If we work together we will all make it through the summer with green lawns!  For questions or concerns feel free to contact our board or our Irrigation representative.

Architectural Committee Review

A blueprint of any proposed construction shall be furnished to the ARC for their approval prior to any construction being commenced.  Such committee shall not have the authority to waive any conditions of the covenants.
