Community Guidelines

Community Guidelines:

1. Domestic Water:

   1. Please do not use the domestic system for irrigation watering.

   2. When there is a power outage, please refrain from running water until power is restored.

   3. Any issues with Domestic water should be sent to one of our board members or to our Domestic Water representative.

2. Irrigation Water:

   1. Due to the limitations currently on our system, please water on odd or even days based on your street address.

   2. Any issues with Irrigation water should be sent to one of our board members or to our Irrigation Water representative.

3. Building:

   1. Any new building plans should be brought to our Building Committee in order to receive approval. Please check the Board Members page for the correct contact.

4. Neighbors First:

   1. If there are minor violations, such as the watering cycle not being followed, please take the time to introduce yourself and ensure your neighbor understands the guidelines and offer assistance. Friendly support is always appreciated.

      1. If the issue does not appear to be resolving itself, please seek board assistance for additional support.

   2. If violations are major, or there are major damages, please seek the board for additional support.
